Pure Rubbish - To cancel the alarm before it goes off you will need to go press alarm and then press select and press + to change to off. This is the only way the alarm can be stopped.The information above came from Pure technical support. So, if you wake up before your alarm goes off and want to switch the alarm off (so as to not wake someone else (e.g. Wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend)), you have to press three buttons, in the dark, half asleep. And then remember to set it back later....That is a serious design flaw... oh, and everything that s been said about the poor display is true. You can t read it.

poor - Do not buy this radio alarm. The display is so dull the time cannot be seen in the dark and it is so complicated to alter the settings for the alarm and dab radio stations that I use my mobile phone alarm if I need to set a different alarm time for the next day. I have given up on it and will buy a new radio alarm at the weekend.

PURE - Nice NOT Dim - Very pleasant piece of kit. I was concerned by the reviews which indicated the display to be dim / illegible.As a 50 yr old Varifocal user I found the display perfectly balanced for bedside use.Recommended

Rubbish aerial - I was getting poor FM reception in my bedroom and wanted a dab radio with a sleep function. I tried out my Roberts dab radio there and the reception was brilliant (alas it doesn t have sleep). Thought the Siesta was the answer - it has just arrived, but on setting it up I find it gets NO Dab signal. The aerial is a flimsy little wire thing. I have tried walking around with it and even tried down the garden, but not a pip. Do not buy this radio unless you are in prime signal area.

Great Radio / Alarm / Clock but Display too Small + Dim at night - This is a lovely clock radio alarm which works really well. But we found the display invisible at night (not just dim) and the clock characters are far to small to read from the other end of the bed room (approx 8-9ft).Would work really well if you have it on a bed side table adjacent to your head.
